Yoga Hikes

$80 per hour (3 hour min)

Book me for guided hiking plus outdoor yoga for your private tour or larger group experience. I lead tours at the Marin Headlands/Rodeo Beach or Lands End/Ocean Beach; other Bay Area locations available upon request with direct booking. Guided hikes include an overview of local history, ecology and wildlife. The hikes culminate with outdoor yoga focused on mindful immersion in nature. Both the hiking and yoga class intensity can be customized to fit your group's needs. Contact me for details.
